알퐁스 도데의 마지막 수업을 초등학교 시절엔가 교과서에서 읽었다. 그 때 보다 그 이후 그 의미를 더 잘 알게 되었다. 내용인즉 전쟁으로 어쩌면 나라를 잃을 상황에서 국어를 잃지 않으면 나라를 잃을 수 없다는 선생님의 이야기를 듣고 그 동안 수업에 집중하지 않고 공부하다가 그 시간 모국어를 집중하여 공부하였다는 그러한 내용인 것으로 기억한다. 그 내용을 읽은 초등학교 그 때보다 그 이후 그 의미를 더 잘 이해하게 되었다.
한국의 교회가 세계사에서 놀랄 정도도 부흥발전하였지만 최근에는 그러하지 못하다는 이야기들이 많다. 또한 어려운 상황을 너도 나도 애기하기도 한다. 그러나 하나님 말씀 성경을 잃지 않은다면 잃지 않을 것이다. 한영성경을 읽으므로 교인으로서 하나님의 말씀을 기억하고 적용활용 실천하면 신앙인으로서 영적 성장과 발전의 영력을 한국인으로서 국어를 세계인으로서 세계어를 배우고 활용 적용하게 되는 것이다. 이것은 영력 국력 그리고 또 다른 영력을 줄 것이고 발전하고 성장하게 할 것이다.
그렇다면 신앙인으로서 하나님의 말씀인 성경을 한영성경으로 계속 읽는다는 것은 우리 인생의 행운이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 그렇다면 마가복음의 마지막 장 16장으로 어서 달려가 보자.
1. 그 따르는 표적으로,
막16장
1 안식일이 지나매 막달라 마리아와 야고보의 어머니 마리아와 또 살로메가 가서 예수께 바르기 위하여 향품을 사다 두었다가
1 When the Sabbath was over,/ Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James,/ and Salome bought spices / so that they might go to anoint / Jesus' body.
(* 안식일이 지나매 When the Sabbath was over, /이는 안식일 (금요일 오후 6시 경- 토요일 오후 6시경 ) 이 완전히 지나갔음을 말해준다./그들은 율법의 규례를 좇아 안식일이 지나기를 기다려 향품을 샀다. 날이 밝자 곧 무덤으로 가기 위해 저녁에 미리 미리 준비해 두었던 것이다. 누가에는 안식일 전에 , 즉 금요일 해지기 전에 준비한 듯 하다.)

(* 예수님의 빈무덤을 가장 처음 목격하고 부활의 사실을 제자들에게 전한 여인들이다. /마28:1-10, 막16:1-14, 눅24:1-12, 요20:1-10. )
2 안식 후 첫날 매우 일찌기 해 돋은 때에 그 무덤으로 가며
2 Very early / on the first day of the week,/ just after sunrise, /they were on their way /to the tomb
(* 안식 후 첫날 매우 일찍이‘ (마태) ,, 안식 후 첫날 새벽에 (누가) ,, 안식 후 첫날 이른 아침 아직 어두울 때에 ’ (요한) / 이 시간에 대해 4복음서는 일치한다.)

3 서로 말하되 누가 우리를 위하여 무덤 문에서 돌을 굴려 주리요 하더니
3 and they asked each other,/ "Who will roll the stone away/ from the entrance of the tomb?“

4 눈을 들어 본즉 돌이 벌써 굴려졌으니 그 돌이 심히 크더라
4 But when they looked up,/ they saw that the stone,/ which was very large,/ had been rolled away.
5 무덤에 들어가서 흰 옷을 입은 한 청년이 우편에 앉은 것을 보고 놀라매
5 As they entered the tomb, /they saw a young man /dressed in a white robe /sitting on the right side, /and they were alarmed.
6 청년이 이르되 놀라지 말라 너희가 십자가에 못 박히신 나사렛 예수를 찾는구나 그가 살아나셨고 여기 계시지 아니하니라 보라 그를 두었던 곳이니라
6 "Don't be alarmed," /he said. /"You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, /who was crucified. /He has risen! /He is not here. / See the place / where they laid him.

7 가서 그의 제자들과 베드로에게 이르기를 예수께서 너희보다 먼저 갈릴리로 가시나니 전에 너희에게 말씀하신 대로 너희가 거기서 뵈오리라 하라 하는지라
7 But go, / tell his disciples and Peter, / 'He is going ahead of you / into Galilee./ There you will see him, / just as he told you.'“

8 여자들이 심히 놀라 떨며 나와 무덤에서 도망하고 무서워하여 아무에게 아무 말도 하지 못하더라
8 Trembling and bewildered,/ the women went out /and fled from the tomb./ They said nothing to anyone, / because they were afraid.

9 (예수께서 안식 후 첫날 이른 아침에 살아나신 후 전에 일곱 귀신을 쫓아내어 주신 막달라 마리아에게 먼저 보이시니
9 When Jesus rose early / on the first day of the week, / he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, / out of whom / he had driven seven demons
(* the first day of the week : 그 주간의 첫날 , 예수께서 부활하신 안식일 후 첫날 곧 주일을 가리킨다.)

10 마리아가 가서 예수와 함께 하던 사람들의 슬퍼하며 울고 있는 중에 이 일을 고하매
10 She went /and told those /who had been with him /and who were mourning and weeping.
(* those who had been with him : 그와 함께 했던 사람들. 뒤 이은 문장(과거) 보다 앞선 시제(과거완료).
11 그들은 예수의 살으셨다는 것과 마리아에게 보이셨다는 것을 듣고도 믿지 아니하니라
11 When they heard /that Jesus was alive /and that she had seen him,/ they did not believe it.
12 그 후에 저희 중 두 사람이 걸어서 시골로 갈 때에 예수께서 다른 모양으로 저희에게 나타나시니
12 Afterward Jesus appeared / in a different form /to two of them / while they were walking / in the country.
(* 다른 모양으로 in a different form ,, 부활하신 예수님은 다른 모양으로 나타나셨기 때문인지 제자들도 잘 알아보지 못한 것도 볼 수 있다.)

13 두 사람이 가서 남은 제자들에게 고하였으되 역시 믿지 아니하니라
13 These returned /and reported it /to the rest; /but they did not believe them either.
14 그 후에 열한 제자가 음식 먹을 때에 예수께서 저희에게 나타나사 저희의 믿음 없는 것과 마음이 완악한 것을 꾸짖으시니 이는 자기의 살아난 것을 본 자들의 말을 믿지 아니함일러라
14 Later/ Jesus appeared to the Eleven /as they were eating;/ he rebuked them /for their lack of faith /and their stubborn refusal /to believe / those who had seen him / after he had risen.

15 또 가라사대 너희는 온 천하에 다니며 만민에게 복음을 전파하라
15 He said to them, / "Go into all the world /and preach the good news / to all creation.

16 and said, "I swear by myself, declares the LORD, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son,
(* 내가 나를 가리켜 맹세하노니, I swear by myself :여호와 하나님께서 자신보다 더 높은 분이 없기에 자신을 가리켜 맹세한 것이다.)
17 내가 네게 큰 복을 주고 네 씨로 크게 성하여 하늘의 별과 같고 바닷가의 모래와 같게 하리니 네 씨가 그 대적의 문을 얻으리라
18 또 네 씨로 말미암아 천하 만민이 복을 얻으리니 이는 네가 나의 말을 준행하였음이니라 하셨다 하니라
17 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies,
18 and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me."
(* 또 네 씨로 말미암아 천하 만민이 복을 얻으리니, through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed : 천한 만민을 위한 하나님의 약속의 말씀이 예수 그리스도 예수 그 메시야로 말미암아 그 근거가 완성되고 드디어 그의 제자 사도들 그리고 예수의 몸된 교회를 통해 그의 성령과 함께 계속 이루어지고 있는 것이다.)
(* all the world : 대부분 관사는 형용사보다 앞에 위치한다. 그러나 all 과 함께 사용되면 all 이 정관사보다 선행한다. 따라서 ‘ all + 정관사 (지시형용사, 인칭대명사 ) + 명사’ 의 어순. cf,, my new books -> all my books , these good things -> all these things )
16 믿고 세례를 받는 사람은 구원을 얻을 것이요 믿지 않는 사람은 정죄를 받으리라
16 Whoever believes /and is baptized /will be saved, /but whoever does not believe /will be condemned.
(* 위 구절은 읽으면 세례 요한의 세례가 하나님께로서 나온 것을 알 수도 있다. 또한 세례 요한이 하나님의 오시는 길을 예비한 역할에 대해서 묵상해 볼 수 있다. 세례는 노아의 홍수 즉 물로 심판과 연결하여 볼 수 있다. 하나님께서는 다시는 물로 심판하시지 않겠다고 하시고 그 표징으로 무지개 언약을 주셨다. 그러한 약속을 하지 않았다면 홍수 심판의 이후의 사람들을 비만 오면 아니 짙은 구름만 보고도 두려워하고 공포를 가질 수도 있었을 것이다. 그런데 하나님께서는 다시는 물로 심판하시지 않으시겠다고 하셨다. 인류가 죄가 있다 하여도 말이다. 그러면 어떠한 방법이 있을 수 있을까요.
하나님께서는 자신이 육신을 입고 대속물로 오셔서 죄인을 심판하시는 것이 아니라 죄를 세상에서 제하시는 방법이었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그래서 예수님은 자신이 하나님께로서 나오시고 하나님이 보내셨다는 것을 반복하여 분명히 말씀하신 것이다. 하나님외에 세상 죄를 대속한 사람은 없었기 때문이다.
그것을 하나님이 보내신 사람을 통해서 선언하게 하여 자신의 오심을 알리고 준비하게 하신 것이다. 요1:29, 36)
17 믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 저희가 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 새 방언을 말하며
17 And these signs will accompany those /who believe: / In my name / they will drive out demons; / they will speak / in new tongues;
18 뱀을 집으며 무슨 독을 마실지라도 해를 받지 아니하며 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라 하시더라
18 they will pick up snakes /with their hands; / and when they drink deadly poison,/ it will not hurt them / at all; /they will place their hands / on sick people, / and they will get well."

19 주 예수께서 말씀을 마치신 후에 하늘로 올리우사 하나님 우편에 앉으시니라
19 After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them,/ he was taken up / into heaven / and he sat at the right hand of God.
(* 하나님 우편에 앉으시니라 and he sat at the right hand of God.
예수님께서 하나님 우편에 앉으셨다고 인간적으로 이해한다면 하나님이 두분 인 것이 된다. 그런데 영적세계에 우편 좌편이 있겠는가, 그러므로 하나님 우편에 앉으셨다는 것은 하나님의 보좌에 앉으셨다는 뜻인 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 사울이 교회를 핍박하다가 다메석 도상에서 음성을 듣고 주여, 누구이십니까 하였을 때 나는 네가 핍박하는 예수 라고 하셨다.
행9:5
' 대답하되 주여 뉘시오니이까 가라사대 나는 네가 핍박하는 예수라'
"Who are you, Lord?" Saul asked. "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting," he replied. '
* 교회를 살기등등하여 핍박하다가 예수님의 부름을 받고 사도가 된 사울 바울은 인간적인 시각으로 볼 때 교회 교인들을 핍박하였지 예수님을 핍박한 것은 아니었다. 그 때는 예수님이 육신으로 계시지 않았기에 핍박할 수도 없었을 것이다. 그렇다면 교회 교인을 핍박하였는데 예수님께서는 사울을 두번이나 부르시면서 왜 나를 핍박하느냐고 하셨다. 그렇다면 교인은 누구인가, 예수님께 교인은 누구인가,, 교인이라는 것은 큰 감동일 수 밖에 없다. 예수님의 그 말씀은 큰 격려이고 큰 감동인 것이다.)
막16:
20 제자들이 나가 두루 전파할새 주께서 함께 역사하사 그 따르는 표적으로 말씀을 확실히 증거하시니라)
20 Then the disciples went out / and preached everywhere,/ and the Lord worked with them / and confirmed his word / by the signs / that accompanied it.)
