To: CCA Member Churches and Council in South Korea
Dear Friends,
On behalf of the Asian churches we convey to you greetings of peace in the midst of a life-threatening situation particularly in the Korean Peninsula at this very moment. In such a time as this, Jesus assures us that,
“…my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives.”
(John 14:27)
We uphold you in our prayers, and may God strengthen and grant you perseverance and wisdom in this time of difficulty. We earnestly hope that there will be a peaceful solution to this tension so that the people of South and _?xml_:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />North Korea will be able to live without fear.
